To receive a full refund, please contact us at least 24 hours before your trip's start date. If you need to reschedule, you can do so up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability and a $25.00 fee.

You can reschedule your trip up to 24 hours before your scheduled time for a $25.00 fee. Unfortunately, changes made less than 24 hours in advance cannot be accommodated, and payments will be forfeited.

Once you're happy with the quote we provided, we'll send you an online invoice for payment. A full deposit is required to secure your reservation.
