FAQs - Direct Bookings

Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the start date of your trip so you can get a full refund. Changes to your scheduled trip must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled trip and will be based on availability and will be subject to a $25.00 fee.

If the quote that we gave you fits your requirements, we will send you an online invoice so you can process your payment. Please note that we will need the full amount as a deposit to secure your reservation.
Our standard itinerary for our Banff National Park Tour includes Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Johnston Canyon, Mount Norquay Lookout, Banff Upper Hot Springs (admission is not included *optional stop), Banff Gondola Ride (tickets not included *optional stop), Banff Avenue, Bow Falls, Surprise Corner, Tunnel Mountain Drive, and Lake Minnewanka, Two Jack Lake
Our standard itinerary for our Yoho National Park Tour includes Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Spiral Tunnels, Emerald Lake, Natural Bridge, Takakkaw Falls, and Banff Avenue. If you have extra time left, see more of the town of Banff.
Our standard itinerary for the Icefield Parkway Tour includes Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Crowfoot Glacier, Bow Lake, Peyto Lake, and the Columbia Discovery Centre (tickets to attractions are not included) and everything in between.
Our standard itinerary for Drumheller Tour includes Drumheller Welcome Signage, The World Largest Dinosaur, the Hoodos, Atlas Coal Mine, Suspension Bridge, Little Church, and the Royal Tyrell Museum (tickets to attractions are not included) and everything in between.
We offer our private tours customizable itinerary according to client’s wish and pacing as long as the additional request is doable, or a standard itinerary can be used. Tours last up to 10 hours including driving time.

Our fleet consists of a variety of makes and models from Tesla EVs to Hybrid SUVs and minivans as well as big Sprinter/Transit Vans to accommodate different group sizes.
Service animals are allowed in our vehicles for private transportation. Pets must always be on carriers when in the vehicle or must be carried on your lap for private transportation. We do not allow pets on shared shuttle services as a courtesy to other passengers.
FAQs - Shared Shuttle/Bus Services
Our customer service number is 1-855-757-3222. Our office hours are 7:00AM-9:00PM on weekdays and 8:00AM-4:00PM on weekends.
The pickup location in Crowfoot is at the Scenic Acres Pared Parking Lot, which is right beside the train station. There is an ON-IT sign at the parking lot for shuttles to pick up passengers.
The pickup location in Northwinds Hotel Canmore is the bench, which is right outside the hotel.
The pickup location at the Airport is Pillar/Bay 15 at the Arrivals Level (1st floor) across Exit Door 4.
The pickup location at the Mount Royal Parking Lot.
The pickup location is across Delta Hotels.
Please check the PDF file with the QR Code in it, which is emailed to you by Busbud upon purchasing your ticket, for pickup instructions. Please see the attached image for a sample ticket.
There are times where our shuttle service will arrive early so passengers can board already. We do recommend for passengers to proceed to the pickup location at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

We usually get higher than normal volumes of phone calls. There are times where our lines are busy so we cannot answer your call. Please be assured that we will contact you back as soon as we are free for your question.
We always strive to follow our schedule, however, conditions such as traffic, road condition, weather, missing passengers, and other uncontrolled circumstances could make our shuttles run late. Contact our customer service number during our office hours and we will contact your driver for updates. Please ensure that you are at the pick-up location at least five minutes before departure time.
We can pick you up if your hotel is along Banff Ave. Check if your hotel is one of the hotels along Banff Ave and we will be happy to accommodate. Please note that this is a public shuttle service, so we must follow our schedule. Excessive and extra luggage requires extra fees.
